I know the title of this post is probably funny to some, but it is a question I ask myself almost everytime I put on a fitted dress. I’m trying to figure out where my 18-year-old booty went! In case you thought the photo to the left was of me…unfortunately its not….LOL (Like you really thought that)! That would be Mrs. CoCo, the bootylicious wife of Ice T.
When I was in high school, I had the nicest body ever! I didn’t diet or anything…I exercised through dance (I took ballet for 12 years) for 2 hours every single day. Now…let’s just say I’m a lot further away from that. I’ll catch a glimpse of my butt in my dresser mirror every now and then and it’s still a nice size, but I’ve figured out that it didn’t really disappear – my waist just got bigger.
Like most women, I’m trying to get back into shape. I’ve actually been trying for awhile now. I’m not trying as hard as I can but I’m definitely better off than I was last year. Society has become a little butt crazy over the last year or so and I can’t lie like I haven’t been trying to figure out healthy ways to get that booty back looking right.
I’ve decided to do some research on this booty workout I saw on one of those late-night infomercials type shows. I’m definitely hoping to shed some inches around my waist. With my dance background, working out has never been a chore or something I disliked…I just have to motivate myself. And that photo of CoCo is all the motivation I need. But I do have to clarify that I don’t want my butt that big. I don’t think it is humanly possible to get there without surgery…at least not from my starting point LOL. Well, wish me luck!!!!
