Freshman student, Nolan Ryan Henderson, III of Atlanta was shot and killed at a pool party at the Palisades Apartments located directly off the campus of JSU early Sunday morning. As an alum of Jackson State, I wanted to take time to offer my condolences to his family and friends.
Yall…we cannot get in an uproar about racism and Whites killing Blacks when there is so much violence going on in our own communities. Black on Black violence is just as disgraceful.
Please think twice before using a weapon. Most of the time, if not all – it is not worth it.
