Rapper turned mogul 50 Cent is releasing a new fitness book, just in time for you to add “lose weight” to your New Year’s Resolution list. The book, Formula 50: A 6-Week Total Body Transformation Plan, will include some of 50’s top fitness tips.
According to 50, his inspiration for writing this book was his desire to “help people make positive changes and take charge of their overall health.” I’m not big on fitness books in the first place, but if I was…I doubt a book by 50 Cent is the one I’d purchase first.
The book will be released on Christmas Day.
